- Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline processes across all departments and functions within PVH Corp.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights on current processes and potential solutions.
- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, including setting goals, creating action plans, and tracking progress.
- Utilize industry best practices and benchmarking to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Train and coach team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Communicate progress and results of process improvement projects to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments to ensure sustained improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within PVH Corp.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process improvement to bring new ideas and strategies to the organization.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to identify opportunities for collaboration and process optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to process efficiencies and identify areas for further improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in all process improvement efforts.
- Act as a role model and leader in promoting a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and the organization as a whole.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement Or Operations Management
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment And A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Process Efficiencies.
