Bachelor's Degree In Design, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing A Design Team In A Fashion Or Retail Company.
Strong Understanding Of Design Processes And Product Development In The Fashion Industry.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
