Associate Designer, Global Men’s Accessories

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute innovative and on-trend men’s accessory designs.
2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on global fashion trends and market demands.
3. Assist in creating concept boards, sketches, and technical drawings for new product designs.
4. Attend and participate in design meetings, providing creative input and ideas.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sourcing, production, and merchandising to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
6. Provide support in the development of tech packs and sample requests.
7. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and trims for new designs.
8. Participate in the fitting and approval process for new product samples.
9. Ensure designs meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
10. Assist in maintaining and organizing design files and records.
11. Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on project progress.
12. Work within tight deadlines to meet production and launch timelines.
13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the design process.
14. Travel as needed to attend trade shows and market research trips.
15. Represent PVH Corp as a brand ambassador at all times, upholding the company’s values and standards.
