- Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative concepts for new collections.
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Assist in creating detailed technical sketches and specifications for new designs.
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit.
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely and accurate production of designs.
- Maintain organized design archives and sample inventory.
- Assist in creating and updating line sheets and other design documents.
- Support the design team in developing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and techniques.
- Help maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to align on brand and product strategies.
- Support and contribute to the overall success of the design team and company.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field.
At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Design Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Techniques.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
