  1. Support the Retail Controlling team in analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Assist in creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards for retail performance.
  3. Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback on visual merchandising and inventory management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision making.
  6. Participate in budget planning and forecasting for retail stores.
  7. Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.
  8. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Retail Controlling team.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  11. Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the PUMA brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Puma SE, branded as PUMA, is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories, which is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. Puma is the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world. The company was founded in 1948 by Rudolf Dassler (1898–1974). In 1924, Rudolf and his brother Adolf "Adi" Dassler had jointly formed the company Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik ('Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory'). The relationship between the two brothers deteriorated until they agreed to split in 1948, forming two separate entities, Adidas and Puma. Following the split, Rudolf originally registered the newly established company as Ruda (derived from Rudolf Dassler, as Adidas was based on Adi Dassler), but later changed the name to Puma.
