
Senior Project Manager - Global Brand & Marketing

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to successfully plan, execute and deliver global brand and marketing projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Establish clear project goals and objectives, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and design teams, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and proactively communicate updates and changes to project plans.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and post-project analysis.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to PUMA's brand guidelines and standards.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes and enhancements as needed.
- Represent PUMA and the Global Brand & Marketing team at internal and external meetings and events.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Embody the PUMA brand values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Project Management, With A Strong Emphasis On Brand And Marketing Projects In A Global Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects From Conception To Completion, Within Budget And On Time.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Both Internally And Externally, To Achieve Project Goals And Objectives.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, As Well As Communicate Effectively With Senior Executives And Stakeholders.
