- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with store management and team members to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies related to loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Remain vigilant at all times and take appropriate action to prevent and minimize losses.
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies To Prevent Theft, Fraud, And Other Forms Of Loss Within The Retail Environment.
Experience In Retail Industry: It Is Essential For A Loss Prevention Associate To Have Previous Experience Working In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Loss Prevention Or Security-Related Role.
