  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize theft and fraud.
  4. Train and educate store staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  5. Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
  6. Collaborate with store management to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.
  7. Monitor surveillance systems and identify any potential security breaches.
  8. Conduct internal and external theft investigations and follow-up with appropriate actions.
  9. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to loss prevention activities.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in loss prevention.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
  14. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Qualified Candidate For A Loss Prevention Associate Position At Puma Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Such As Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Internal Investigations.

Puma SE, branded as PUMA, is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories, which is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. Puma is the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world. The company was founded in 1948 by Rudolf Dassler (1898–1974). In 1924, Rudolf and his brother Adolf "Adi" Dassler had jointly formed the company Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik ('Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory'). The relationship between the two brothers deteriorated until they agreed to split in 1948, forming two separate entities, Adidas and Puma.
