
Customer Service Associate
We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Associate to join our team at PUMA! If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, are self-motivated, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and will be responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting. You should also have a great telephone manner, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional attitude. You should also be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Puma SE, branded as PUMA, is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories, which is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. Puma is the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world. The company was founded in 1948 by Rudolf Dassler (1898–1974).
