Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Associate to join our team at PUMA! As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and will be responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting. You should also have a great telephone manner, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional attitude. You should also be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
