1. Operate and maintain electric transmission systems and/or substations.
2. Analyze and identify transmission system problems.
3. Monitor and adjust transmission system conditions and parameters as necessary to ensure reliable and safe electrical service.
4. Provide technical assistance and customer service to internal and external customers.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
6. Follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
7. Assist other team members in performing their duties.
8. Prepare and submit reports as required.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
