Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the Human Resources team at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). The successful candidate will be a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving the success of our organization.The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will provide HR operational and strategic support to PSEG's business leaders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field• At least 8+ years of experience in a Human Resources role• Proven success in a business partner role, providing strategic HR consultation• Knowledge of HR best practices in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management• Ability to think and act strategically, anticipate future needs, and develop creative solutions• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience with HRIS systemsIf you are a passionate and motivated professional, excited by the challenge of taking on a role as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PSEG, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities for Senior Human Resources Business Partner:

• Provide HR operational and strategic support to PSEG's business leaders in a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented manner.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization.

• Develop and implement HR best practices in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

• Act strategically, anticipate future needs, and develop creative solutions.

• Work effectively with all levels of an organization.

• Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Administer and maintain HRIS systems.
