
Service Specialist Technician
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Specialist Technician to join the Public Service Enterprise Group! As a Service Specialist Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues related to power outages, energy usage, and other utility services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-related role and possess knowledge of the utility industry and its regulations. Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding power outages, energy usage, and other utility services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of utility industry regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer service interactions.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and staying organized to ensure customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
