
Customer Operations Supervisor
Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is looking for an experienced and professional Customer Operations Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving, with the ability to effectively manage a team of customer service representatives. The Customer Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve overall customer service operations.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field• 5+ years of customer service and/or call center experience• Experience in a supervisory role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you’re a customer service professional with a passion for providing excellent service, and you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
