Job Description

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is looking for an experienced and professional Customer Operations Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving, with the ability to effectively manage a team of customer service representatives. The Customer Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve overall customer service operations.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field• 5+ years of customer service and/or call center experience• Experience in a supervisory role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you’re a customer service professional with a passion for providing excellent service, and you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations.
  3. Manage a team of customer service representatives.
  4. Monitor customer service staff performance and provide feedback.
  5. Maintain customer service records and reports.
  6. Work with upper management to develop customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Address customer service issues quickly and effectively.
  9. Ensure customer service staff are up-to-date with product information.
  10. Assist in training and onboarding new customer service staff.
