Job Description

As a Compliance Analyst at Public Service Enterprise Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the company is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving compliance across all areas of the business, and who is committed to delivering high-quality results.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as law, business, or accounting, and at least three years of experience in a related role. You must have an in-depth understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Keep up to date on emerging legal and regulatory requirements.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  6. Monitor and track compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  7. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compliance information to senior management.
  9. Provide guidance and training to staff on relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs.
