- Conduct non-invasive diagnostic procedures to evaluate the vascular health of patients.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated ultrasound equipment to obtain accurate and reliable results.
- Record and analyze test data to assist physicians in making accurate diagnoses.
- Communicate test results and observations to physicians and other healthcare professionals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures by providing clear instructions and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all procedures and documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in vascular technology and implement new techniques as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital and industry safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and support the overall mission of the hospital.

Bachelor's Degree In Vascular Sonography Or Related Field
Certification As A Registered Vascular Technologist (Rvt) Through The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Vascular Ultrasound Imaging, Including Experience With Carotid, Arterial, And Venous Studies
Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Technologies In Vascular Ultrasound, Including 3D And Doppler Imaging
Strong Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Handle High-Stress Situations.
