Providence St. Patrick Hospital is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our innovative and collaborative team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive and individualized therapy services to patients with a range of communication, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is able to think critically and provide the highest quality of care to our patients.We are looking for someone who is:• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or related field• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks• Possesses excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills• Experienced in providing evidence-based treatments in a variety of settings• Knowledgeable in the latest treatments and technology related to Speech Pathology• Committed to continuous learning and professional growthIf you are an enthusiastic, patient-focused professional with a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with communication, language, and swallowing disorders.
  2. Administer and interpret diagnostic tests for evaluation of speech and language skills.
  3. Provide individualized and evidence-based therapy services for patients.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients.
  5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve therapy goals.
  6. Educate patients and families about therapy plans and provide ongoing support.
  7. Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
  8. Remain up-to-date on the latest treatments and technology related to Speech Pathology.
  9. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
