- Provide administrative support to various programs and services within the healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and program data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate program services and resources.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise within programs.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any challenges or obstacles in program operations.
- Participate in program planning and development, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for program evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Act as a liaison between program staff and hospital administration, providing updates and relaying important information.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure program services are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients and their families as needed.
- Train and mentor junior support staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of fulfilling their duties.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting, Preferably In A Program Support Role.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
