
Senior Program Manager - Quality Improvement - USFHP

- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies for the USFHP program at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the USFHP quality improvement program, including data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements related to quality improvement in the USFHP program.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality improvement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the USFHP program, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality improvement and incorporate them into the USFHP program.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support quality improvement efforts.
- Communicate progress and outcomes of the USFHP quality improvement program to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care throughout the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the USFHP model and its requirements, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality improvement efforts.
- Identify and address any barriers or challenges to implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Providence St. Patrick Hospital in all aspects of the role.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Quality Improvement Programs And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Standards, Such As Ncqa And Hedis.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Stakeholders.
