  1. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression of our hospital.
  2. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient care, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including demographics, insurance information, and medical history.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate appointments, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  5. Train and supervise junior medical office representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective office operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Medical Office Representative In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Billing And Coding, And Electronic Medical Records.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Staff.
