Senior Epic Applications Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Epic Applications Analyst to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. The Senior Epic Applications Analyst will be responsible for implementing, training, supporting, and troubleshooting Epic software applications.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on Epic applications, preferably in a hospital setting. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as a valid Epic certification. The ability to work independently and in a team environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, is essential.

Responsibilities:

6. Identify and resolve application issues in a timely manner
7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of Epic applications
8. Develop user training materials and provide training to users on Epic applications
9. Develop and maintain relationships with Epic personnel and vendors
10. Stay up to date on new Epic technologies and features
