- Lead and manage the actuarial analytics department, including overseeing a team of analysts and actuaries.
- Provide strategic direction and insights to support the financial stability and growth of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement analytical strategies to support decision making and drive business performance.
- Utilize actuarial principles and statistical modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in actuarial analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and department leads.
- Manage and monitor department budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop and present reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to actuarial analytics.
Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) Designation.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Actuaries.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Developing Innovative Solutions To Complex Actuarial Challenges.
