  1. Lead and manage the actuarial analytics department, including overseeing a team of analysts and actuaries.
  2. Provide strategic direction and insights to support the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement analytical strategies to support decision making and drive business performance.
  5. Utilize actuarial principles and statistical modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in actuarial analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and department leads.
  8. Manage and monitor department budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Develop and present reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to actuarial analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) Designation.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Actuaries.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Developing Innovative Solutions To Complex Actuarial Challenges.
