  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate and foundation fundraising strategy to support the hospital's mission and goals.
  2. Identify and research potential corporate and foundation donors to build relationships and secure funding.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate and foundation donors to increase their support.
  4. Collaborate with hospital leadership and program managers to identify funding needs and develop proposals that align with donor priorities.
  5. Prepare and submit high-quality funding proposals and reports to corporate and foundation donors.
  6. Manage a portfolio of donors, including stewardship and cultivation activities.
  7. Represent the hospital at external events and networking opportunities to build awareness and relationships with potential donors.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate and foundation fundraising to continuously improve strategies and approaches.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop materials and messaging for corporate and foundation donors.
  10. Monitor and track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to hospital leadership.
  11. Work closely with hospital staff and volunteers to engage them in donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and communication in the hospital's database.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in fundraising, including maintaining donor confidentiality.
  14. Represent the hospital and its mission in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Or Foundation Fundraising, Preferably In The Healthcare Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Securing Major Gifts And Grants From Corporations And Foundations.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey The Mission And Impact Of The Hospital To Potential Donors.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Fundraising Plans, Including Identifying And Cultivating New Prospects, Stewarding Current Donors, And Building Long-Term Relationships With Key Partners.
