  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials and studies in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.
  3. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of research projects.
  4. Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  5. Monitor and track study progress and report any deviations or issues to the appropriate parties.
  6. Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and screening of study participants.
  7. Collect and maintain accurate and complete study data and documentation.
  8. Maintain study records and files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Communicate with study sponsors, investigators, and study team members to provide updates and ensure study objectives are met.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient recruitment and retention.
  11. Train and mentor junior research coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  12. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
  13. Facilitate and participate in study-related meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  14. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of research projects.
  15. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practices (Gcp) And Relevant Regulations, Such As Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Communicate With Study Participants.

  • Experience In Managing And Coordinating Multiple Clinical Research Studies Simultaneously, Including Budgeting, Data Collection And Management, And Study Protocol Adherence.
