  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Cardiovascular Surgery department in alignment with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
  3. Provide leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
  4. Ensure that all staff members adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  7. Monitor and maintain quality assurance and patient safety standards within the clinic.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their needs are being met and their concerns are addressed.
  9. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in cardiovascular surgery and implement best practices within the department.
  10. Serve as a mentor and role model for staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  11. Represent the department and hospital in meetings, conferences, and community events.
  12. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
  13. Collaborate with the hospital's leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall performance of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing With Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Montana.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cardiovascular Surgery, Including Management And Leadership Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Operations, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Other Departments.
