RN – Float Pool

1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients on various units within the hospital.
2. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working in a variety of units and responding to changing patient needs.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement patient care plans.
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
6. Monitor and assess patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare team members.
7. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
