- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients on various units within the hospital.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working in a variety of units and responding to changing patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-hospital care.
- Act as a patient advocate and ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide initiatives to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Stay current on advancements and changes in the field of nursing and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.

Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Montana
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Care Nursing, With Demonstrated Proficiency In Various Clinical Units
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To Changing Environments And Patient Populations.
