  1. Provide exceptional healthcare services to patients in the Emergency Department.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency situations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Assist with emergency procedures and interventions as needed.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of department processes.
  10. Attend training and educational opportunities to develop specialized skills in emergency care.
  11. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  13. Serve as a role model for new nurses and students, providing guidance and support.
  14. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and contribute to the hospital's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of Montana

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Emergency Medicine

  • Completion Of A Fellowship Program In Emergency Medicine Or Critical Care

  • Current Certification In Acls, Pals, And Bls

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills In High-Stress Situations
