- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- Participate in the RN Fellow program, including attending training sessions and completing assignments and evaluations.
- Work closely with experienced nurses to learn and develop skills in critical care nursing.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient advocacy and patient rights.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to new nurses and nursing students.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of diseases and promote a healthy work environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Montana.
Current Bls And Acls Certifications.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As An Rn In A Critical Care Setting.
