
RN-Emergency Services
At Providence St. Patrick Hospital, we are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Services team. Our nurses are an essential part of providing lifesaving care to patients in need, and we are committed to finding the best possible candidate to join our team. The ideal applicant will possess the qualifications listed below, as well as demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone with a positive, professional attitude who is eager to grow their career in Emergency Services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on treatments and discharge instructions.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to provide quality patient care.
- Ensure that all hospital policies and procedures are followed.
- Document patient information and maintain patient records.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient advocacy and patient-centered care.
