- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
- Assess patients' medical conditions and provide appropriate treatment and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
- Remain up-to-date on current medical practices and emergency procedures.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Montana.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Or Related Acute Care Setting.
Current Basic Life Support (Bls), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls), And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications.
Strong Critical Thinking, Communication, And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
