  1. Analyze and evaluate revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, including billing, coding, and finance, to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle management.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce revenue-related expenses.
  4. Monitor and track revenue cycle metrics, such as denial rates and days in accounts receivable, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews of billing and coding practices to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and regulations related to revenue cycle management and make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure revenue cycle systems and software are functioning effectively and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
  9. Train and educate staff on best practices for revenue cycle management and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  10. Generate reports and presentations for hospital leadership on revenue cycle performance and initiatives.
  11. Participate in revenue cycle improvement projects and work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of revenue cycle activities and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  13. Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve revenue cycle issues and inquiries.
  14. Continuously assess and improve revenue cycle processes to ensure the financial stability of the hospital.
  15. Represent the hospital in a professional and positive manner, promoting our commitment to exceptional care and financial responsibility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Coding And Billing Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, Utilizing Tools Such As Excel Or Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
