- Analyze and optimize revenue cycle processes to ensure the financial success of Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement in revenue cycle management.
- Conduct thorough analyses of revenue cycle data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce denials, and improve overall revenue cycle performance.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to revenue cycle and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to revenue cycle management and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Communicate and collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.
- Identify and resolve issues related to billing, coding, and reimbursement to minimize revenue loss.
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Participate in revenue cycle improvement projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Reporting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
