- Coordinate and manage research programs and initiatives to improve patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for research projects.
- Oversee and track research budgets, expenses, and funding sources.
- Develop and implement research protocols, including study design, data collection, and analysis.
- Communicate with participants, staff, and other stakeholders regarding research progress, results, and any changes or updates.
- Manage and maintain research databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate the submission of research proposals, grants, and publications.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis and interpretation.
- Stay informed about advancements and developments in healthcare research and make recommendations for potential research opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings, conferences, and other events related to research.
- Mentor and train new research staff and volunteers.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Social Sciences.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Research-Related Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Familiarity With Research Methodologies And Regulations, Including Institutional Review Board (Irb) Requirements.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
