  1. Coordinate and oversee research initiatives within the hospital, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, physicians, and community partners.
  3. Manage the administrative needs of research projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and data management.
  4. Collaborate with the research team to design and implement new studies and projects that align with the hospital's mission and goals.
  5. Act as a liaison between the research team and other departments within the hospital to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  6. Monitor and track progress of research projects, providing regular updates and reports to relevant parties.
  7. Facilitate recruitment and enrollment of participants for research studies, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and protocols.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities, including data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
  9. Stay current with developments and advancements in the field of healthcare research, and make recommendations for incorporating new practices and technologies.
  10. Uphold the hospital's values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in all interactions and activities related to research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Social Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Research-Related Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Implement Research Plans And Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Research Team Members, Hospital Staff, And External Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Ethical Considerations And Regulations Related To Human Subjects Research.
