- Oversee all aspects of the research program, including project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all institutional and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and communication among research team members.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and submit research grant proposals and reports.
- Provide guidance and support to research team members, including training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the hospital to promote and integrate research initiatives.
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in healthcare research.
- Identify and address any potential issues or obstacles in the research process.
- Communicate regularly with hospital leadership to provide updates and seek guidance.
- Represent the research program at conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities.
- Uphold the hospital's mission and values in all aspects of the research program.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Scientific Discipline.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Coordinating Research Programs, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methods And Regulations, Including Irb Processes And Hipaa Guidelines.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Research Projects Simultaneously.
Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Clinicians, And Administrative Staff.
