
Registered Nurse - Renal Dialysis

- Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and response to dialysis treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process and how to manage their condition at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide timely and effective interventions.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control measures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided.
- Stay updated on current practices and developments in renal care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Serve as a patient advocate and advocate for best practices in renal care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Montana.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Renal Dialysis, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.
Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.
Specialized Certification In Nephrology Or Dialysis Nursing, Such As Certified Dialysis Nurse (Cdn), Preferred.
