- Provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with experienced nurses and physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, communicating any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and medications.
- Respond to emergencies and provide prompt and effective interventions to stabilize patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and responses to treatments.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Candidates For The Registered Nurse Fellow - Pediatric Intensive Care Position At Providence St. Patrick Hospital Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Valid Rn License: Applicants Must Hold A Valid And Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Montana Or Be Eligible To Obtain One Upon Hire.
Cpr Certification: Candidates Must Have Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) For Healthcare Providers From The American Heart Association.
Pediatric Intensive Care Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Intensive Care Is Preferred For This Position.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members.
