  1. Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
  2. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address patients' mental health concerns and promote overall well-being.
  3. Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to effectively treat a variety of mental health disorders.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure coordinated care for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  6. Stay current with developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new research and techniques into practice.
  7. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  8. Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to patients in acute distress.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care.
  10. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  11. Comply with all hospital and state regulations and policies related to mental health services.
  12. Serve as a positive role model and mentor to other team members, including interns and trainees.
  13. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families, promoting a sense of hope and healing.
  14. Actively engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon clinical practices to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • A Doctoral Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University.

  • Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Montana.

  • Familiarity With Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders.
