Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Support Assistant to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. In this critical role, you will provide administrative support to our program staff and ensure smooth and efficient program operations. If you possess the qualifications listed below and are eager to contribute to the success of our mission, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field• At least three years of administrative support experience in a healthcare setting• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient program operations by tracking progress and following up on tasks.
  3. Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
  4. Support program staff in developing and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate program records and files in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Monitor program budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support program operations.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive-level meetings.
  9. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  10. Respond to inquiries from program staff, patients, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
