Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Program Support Assistant to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. As a Program Support Assistant, you will work with the Program Manager to provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the department. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. If you are a self-starter who is ready to take on a challenging role, we would love to hear from you. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum of one year of administrative experience• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Program Manager
  2. Assist in the organization and coordination of program activities
  3. Maintain accurate program records and track progress
  4. Communicate effectively with program stakeholders
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  6. Assist with preparing project reports
  7. Ensure program documents are accurate and up-to-date
  8. Operate computer systems and software applications to input and retrieve data
  9. Maintain confidentiality of program information
  10. Follow established policies and procedures
  11. Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement
  12. Perform other duties as assigned
