- Design and develop innovative and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the ServiceNow platform is performing optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
- Conduct system and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support and maintain a hybrid cloud environment.
- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on project updates and issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and provide guidance to the organization.
Extensive Experience With Servicenow: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Be Proficient In Developing And Architecting Solutions Within It.
Strong Technical Skills: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Programming Languages Such As Javascript, Html, And Css. In Addition, Experience With Sql And Database Management Is Also Highly Desirable.
Knowledge Of It Service Management: As A Principal Service Engineer Is, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Optimizing These Processes In Servicenow.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Position Will Involve Leading And Managing Projects, So The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Stakeholders.
Hybrid Experience: As This Is A Hybrid Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In Both On-Premises And Cloud Environments, As Well As Experience With Integrating Different Systems And Platforms. Familiarity With Both Agile And Traditional Project Management Methodologies Is Also Desired.
