  1. Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze and interpret data to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement data tracking and reporting processes to measure and monitor marketing performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and make recommendations for implementing new strategies.
  6. Create and present data-driven presentations and reports to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on marketing analytics and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing analytics.
  10. Act as a liaison between marketing and IT departments to ensure data integrity and proper data collection methods.
  11. Train and mentor team members on analytical tools and techniques, as well as industry best practices.
  12. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  13. Use data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing analytics activities.
  15. Help foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing department.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Google Analytics, And Sql.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
