- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor data to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
- Create and maintain analytical models and tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and drive decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and healthcare to continuously improve and innovate our approach
- Utilize data to identify target audiences and develop targeted messaging and campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to align data-driven strategies with overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather relevant data and insights
- Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sas, Sql, And Tableau.
Experience With Healthcare Data Sets, Including Claims, Patient Demographics, And Clinical Data.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
