As the Principal Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our HR team and leadership.   1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the HR team and leadership on all HR-related matters.
  3. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Oversee and manage employee development programs, including training and performance management.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to HR.
  7. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or conflicts and providing resolutions.
  8. Collaborate with recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
  11. Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive positive change and improve employee engagement.
  12. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the organization’s culture and values.
  13. Manage and oversee the performance evaluation process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  14. Stay informed on employee satisfaction and morale, taking necessary steps to address any issues or concerns.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, And Organizational Development.
