- Develop and implement informatics strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Utilize clinical expertise to analyze and optimize clinical systems and workflows.

- Train and educate staff on the use of clinical informatics systems and technology.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Act as a resource for clinical staff regarding the use and integration of technology in patient care.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth integration and implementation of informatics systems.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and committees to represent the informatics perspective.
- Provide support and guidance to other clinical informatics specialists and staff as needed.
Rn Licensure: A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is Required To Qualify For The Role Of Principal Clinical Informatics Specialist At Providence St. Patrick Hospital. This License Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Clinical Practice And Can Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.
Clinical Informatics Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Clinical Informatics. This Experience Should Include Working With Electronic Health Records, Data Analysis, And Implementing Clinical Informatics Projects.
