Primary Care Physician

1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
2. Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.
3. Monitor and manage patient health conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and making appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physician assistants, and specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
6. Educate patients and their families on preventive care measures and healthy lifestyle choices.
7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
8. Continuously stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards to provide the highest level of care to patients.
9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
11. Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
