- Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses in the field of Palliative Care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and end-of-life care.
- Administer medications and perform procedures within the scope of practice.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing emotional support and assistance in navigating the healthcare system.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on advancements in the field of Palliative Care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure continuity of care for patients after discharge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Current Certification By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Palliative Care Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pain Management, Symptom Control, And End-Of-Life Care.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Within A Multidisciplinary Team.
