We are currently hiring for a Patient Services Specialist - Pediatrics to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff in our pediatric department.The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for providing outstanding care and customer service. They should have experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pediatric department. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff in the pediatric department.
  2. Maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
  3. Record patient information and facilitate communication between the patient and medical staff.
  4. Answer questions and provide support and guidance related to pediatric care.
  5. Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and other administrative duties.
  6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Assist with patient admissions and transfers.
  8. Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of pediatric patients.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
