  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families as they enter the hospital.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage patient appointments, ensuring they are timely and efficient.
  4. Accurately enter patient information into the electronic health record system.
  5. Communicate with medical staff and assist with coordinating patient care.
  6. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  7. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
  8. Coordinate and assist with patient admissions and discharges.
  9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  10. Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  11. Participate in training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Handle financial transactions, such as collecting copayments and processing payments.
  14. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Services Or Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Computer Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Processes, And Healthcare Regulations.
