The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, and knowledge of medical insurance processes. They should also be computer-literate and must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
2. Resolve patient issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
3. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance processes.
4. Enter patient data into the hospital’s computer system accurately and efficiently.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team in both English and other languages, as necessary.
6. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
7. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
8. Think proactively to anticipate and address patient needs.
9. Monitor patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
