Patient Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Patient Scheduler to join the team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working with multiple systems. Responsibilities: • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate care. • Communicate with patients and staff to confirm and update appointment information. • Record patient information in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. • Monitor patient data for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure all necessary materials and documents are available for patient appointments. • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families. • Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues. • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. • Remain up-to-date on health care regulations and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.
